They are developing a next-generation tablet that could match the iPad 3. It is rumoured to be 11.6" with a 2560 x 1600 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It will run on dual core Exynos 5250 CPU that is clocked on 2GHz with an operating system of Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
SAMSUNG plans to beat Apple by including a Retina Display Panel in their next-generation tablet. Having a Retina display on the tablet means having the sharpest, most vibrant, high-resolution screen that anyone can imagine.
If all these rumors are true about the Samsung next-generation tablet, then the apple iPad 3 will have a competitor. The next generation Samsung Tablet is slated to be unveiled in the Mobile World Congress in February next year.
